    April 20th, 2006
Next Race April 23rd 8am, What a bunch of great racing on the 9th, The mid size bikes were out in force and Nick get his first win, while don and brian battle for tie in second place. The unlimited pocketbikes were awesome, 2 banshees, 3 C1's and polini, Gee it's funny not one clutch broke, and my bike has a 50cc engine. So I guess not having riding skills is the same as having cluth problems. The Great Brad S came out and battled with the Superstar Mike P racing for Don's small engine repair. Mike put some nice passes but the constant pressure from brad and a broken chain put and end to mikes lead. ANd thanks to mike for helping out with the flagging duties, Leroy I forgot to thank you for helping the week before. GO TEAM 50150. In The pit bikes todd and anthony put on a good battle, patrick had it easy last week. I also want to mention Franklin's dad he helps with the lights, he was in the hospital last week and everyone should wish him a speedy recovery. I hope you can make it back this weekend. Hey we have a couple of new shop to mentions one is Bens mopeds he is now a polini dealer so if you need any parts he will hook you up with the PocketbikeGP discount. I don't have his number but I'll put in my next post. He is in the south bay and we look forward to the return of the unlimited moped class. The other shop is Scootees in the New Park Mall Newark Ca 510 494 9406. I don't much about them yet but they want to support our racing so give them a call and support their shop.
Amber added a bunch of new videos CLICK HERE for videos.

BIG NEWS, I have signed a contract for a HUGE new outdoor track. I am working on some sponsors so the racing can continue to be cheapest on earth, but we will be racing outdoors starting in May! for any of you old school Benica track riders we are going to have big tracks again!!!!! I have rights to 7 acres of paved land right now and I have submitted contracts for two even bigger parcles of land in the vallejo and east bay areas.
I have recieved a city permit for my first track. We are conducting sound testing with the city so Ted can cry like a little baby, but he can stop us when we have city permits. I hope to have the series cover all of northern california I even got the ok for a race in LA for the end of summer if the series goes well. So there might even be a chance at a state championship. I need to get back to work sorry for the delay like always but these last two weeks I had to do some testing on some parts that required me to put in over 40 hrs of over time and I'm getting a little tired. But the good news is my part passed so I don't have to do the test again. The craziest part is during the test we used $2000 a day of liquid nitrogen for 6 days of testing !!!! See you at the races...SUNDAY APRIL 23rd.
    March 28th, 2006
Next Race April 9th 8am, Congratulations to the New Series Champions & Thanks to all volunteers for helping me out. It sure is fun racing around under the lights banging bars with all of you. Two weeks and we get to do it again. I'm very sorry about our trophies being stolen, If you want to go get your's, you can. Go pick it up at the thiefs house 954 Henderson Rd #158 Sunnyvale Ca 94086, Maybe leave them a present or two. Our next series is only four races long I want to keep it short before our HUGE Summer Series. Check the link to the update page for the latest info and news. CLICK HERE. The update is not done yet so check back. I also heard a rumor that NorCals fastest Pocketbike Racer might make an apperance at our next event Brad S. The man who whooped TED Simpson riding a cheap used junky cag at Lemans back when it was COOL to ride there. Ted was riding on a hand made top of the line european bike. Makes you wonder! I keep being told you can't ride european bikes indoors it's not possible, I guess all those swiss and german indoor tracks don't use european bikes please girls ? Next Excuse!!. I hope you can make it Brad, I like riding with the best instead of just talking about it.
Hey what's up with all you pit bike racers come on, we keep getting all these super fast riders but no of you show up on the same day, what's it going to take to get you all together, let me know and i'll do it
Tell your friends we are racing again April 9th. More videos coming soon.

Mike blew his head gasket first problem with his bike all year. You looked pretty good taking the win in Mod Cag.
What's up to all the pit bike racers thanks for making the long haul to come race with us. I think more than 1/2 our racers drive over 2.5 hrs to come the races. Not bad for our tiny little club. THANKS I hope everyone is having a good time.

FINAL RACE RESULTS CLICK HERE<><>.Well another great year is over, and just like the last three years we keep getting bigger and bigger. THANKS to all those dire hard racers that had the courage to come out and race. It's scary and it's hard, but to all those whose came out and gave it a try, I salute you.... There is so many people I need to thank, for all their help, over the year. We never would have made it without everyone's help. First off Thanks to Amber the Score keeper she makes it to all the races nice and early, she does all the registration work, all the class sheets, all the white board stuff, she does it all, if amber was not there the races would not be so much fun, be sure to tell her thanks next time you see her. she works real hard for nothing. Thanks to all the flaggers who helped us out, it a good deal a great seat for a little work. Thanks to Rick and June G. the owners of Lemans Karting Center 45957 Hotchkiss Rd Fremont Ca. and sponsors of Pocketbikegp.com. We would not be in such great shape with out there support and we would not be having 26 events next Year either!!. Thanks to Chris Robesky #2 he put in more miles than anyone this year, helped me at the track on saturday and then raced a full schedule on sunday, Then turned it around and hauled it all home. He would have taken at least one title but some bad luck followed by a complete take out move by his brother kept that from happening. He got a second in unlimited pocketbike but 1st in bad luck. Thanks for all your help it's fun haivng you over. Travis #22 Another person who gives up a lot of his time to help out, thanks travis your help is priceless. Thanks KIM, she is our wonderful Pocketbikegp EMT medical specialist the one person you are happy to never meet, but she's the nicest, most helpful person thanks. Congradulations to Mike and Dave from Don's small engine repair racing team, what can be said he swept it all.....next time you start backwards. If you need something at the races go ask Dave, he will help you out too. And thanks to Leroy and Company 50150 thanks for the prizes it's all ways nice to be able to give out prizes. And a special Thanks to all those people who have never even won a medal but keep coming out and racing hard, thanks for supporting us I hope you are having a great time, and thanks for racing with us. And Thanks to the TCR racing crew, the peoples champ and Mo. The mid size crew!! Thanks to the new guys on the Supermoto pitbikes just wait until next year....And last thanks to all those lucky enough to take home some trophies at this years championship, Congradulations.... I'll see you in january.

I will begin with sound testing which will begin at next race this will become a problem so I'm doing something about it now. Also I will need to reduce the smoke inside. One suggestion was using smokefree oil so we can continue race inside during the winter. I will be making rules about this too. Help your self by making your bikes run leaner and do what you can to reduce the smoke Ideas and suggestions welcome. Help me out before I have to make more rules I don't have time to enforce, and end up costing everyone more money. We are racing inside for the rest of the winter so all races will start at 8am on sunday....8am on sunday DEc 11....8am Sunday Dec 11... <>gates open at 8am racing starts at 9am..... <> If you have any questions give me a call 408 492 9257. . Another stand out is little 98 Zach Celso, he has the beginner class locked up. Someone else that needs some exposure is jason johnathan he is done a great job while staying under the radar, Be on the lookout next year as he expands into additional classes.#55 Ferdinand he has had some good starts and bad luck when the nerves takeover when your out front...just Relax, he has a good shot at some titles!! Chris R just didn't have it last week and he better hope he gets it togeher next week. It was cool to see jordan again mod cag has some contenders it is going to be a good battle for that title. The xr bikes took to the new track no problem I hope everyone makes it to the final show of the year....Someone needs to get up there and battle with Todd.... Little james is going to have his hands full in jr class, Can't wait to see who comes out on top it will be a battle to the last lap. ANd what about 76 Don A he will be battling the people's champ 35 Brian H for his undefeated title stay tuned.....And my last comment, agressive riding will not be tolorated any longer, if you make another rider crash because your riding like an idiot you will be GOING HOME this is clearly written in the rules there will be NO WARNING NEEDED, IT WILL NOT BE TOLORATED! We are not racing for money yet so wait unitl it counts....

We would like to say thank you to vallejo Speedway2. We all have a lot of great memories riding at Vallejo Speedway2, it will be missed. Don't worry, all the fun and racing is not over yet!! PocketbikeGP has been offered an opportunity to build and race at a new track at Lemans Karting Center in Fremont. The facility has a new owner who sees the potential in the the future of pocketbikes in our area. He appreciates our goals and mission to make pocketbikes a safe, fun, and positive sport. He has invited us to race at Lemans Karting Center in Fremont! We will be having our first practice session, Sept 25th for ONLY $10!! All riders can come get your bikes dialed in, and get a feel of the new track. We will need all of your feedback to perfect the track quickly and get to racing. It will be a long, skinny track with a big straight, and of course a couple of medium speed turns. It will be a little tight but it's going fast and a lot of fun!! Don't forget your leathers there is still plenty of room to slide. The Lemans Karting track in Fremont is going to be a great improvement for pocketbikeGP and our plans for a series. If you have never been to Lemans Karting in Fremont, go check it out! This is a first class racing facility, with a lot to offer any rider. Even if you dont have pocketbike come and check out the exciting new sport of pocketbike racing. SEE YOU THERE!! One of the many things Lemans Karting is able to offer is a transponder timing system for PocketbikeGP to use. YOu will have the option to purchase your own transponder or rent one for the day. You can know your times for each lap. It is going to be pretty cool to finally get lap and qualifying times to compare against your buddies. PocketbikeGP needs to find around 100 haybales by Sept 25th. If anyone knows of a place that would give us a discount or donate them to us. Give us a call at 408-492-9257. We are starting to build the track today so we need them soon. The less we need to spend on the track, the bigger the trophies will be. This is going to be a lot of fun and we are excited about a few much needed upgrades. Come out to Lemans Karting track in Fremont and get your two cents in on the new track and facility. Remember: SUNDAY SEPT 25TH 8am-12!! PocketbikeGP's new racing series will start on Oct 2nd and will be a three race series ending in Nov. ONLY $25 TO RACE!! Don't even try to tell me you can't make it to race for only $25 to race and $10 for each additional class. As always medals will be given at each race and NOW TROPHIES for the series winners(hopefully prizes also). YES, there will be trophies if you race ALL THREE RACES!! This is IT everyone, come check it out!! If we get enough riders we will start having a practice every weekend, with a transponder timing system. Oh yea... and of course, BRING A FRIEND!

Next Race is Saturday April 30th, 2005.Also if you broke down during the race and you didn’t get scored let me know so you can get points. Last weeks race was pretty exciting, Thanks for all the HELP, the score keepers Amber and Kelly, flagers Darrel, safety Thanks to everyone that helped Dean Ivan Melvin Issac and those I forgot to thank, tech Martin, things are improving every time, it’s really cool that everyone is pitching in to keep us going and helping make it a safer place to ride, The new cones work great, the ambulance would have been working non stop if we didn’t have them. The racing was as good as it gets, in the beginner class James 7x is the man to beat, He is leading the pack with the over all points lead. Anthony 45 put a last min pass on Franklin 936 for a second place finish and a 2nd place in overall points and in third place is Preston Johnson 23. The beginner XR’s guys were having fun, and getting a great work out on there turning and bike handling skills. The racing in the production class was the best, the water cooled cag was putting the move on Jordan 7 but he wouldn’t hold back, technical, calculated, high speed passes, finally sealed the deal Jordan took the win. It was a great show they kept swapping the lead every lap, get a new chain !! Hope everyone had a good time see you on the 30th.
